Tender For bid to ras corrigendum : custom bid for services - pdm1b24334 agency for hydro testing and ibr liaison during repair maintenance schedule testing of boilers hrsg ibr exchanger ibr vessels and other ibr equipment for power plant and other units of refinery during normal operation and shutdown-1) carbon steel piping for hydrocarbon services (with welding electrode e-6010 / e-7018) - units transportation of all piping items from owner's storage points to work site and / or pre-fabrication yard and to site after pre-fabrication; cutting, grinding, edge preparation of pipes and fittings, like flanges, elbows, tees, reducers etc. to match the mating edges of different thickness; fit-up, bending, welding using approved welding electrodes as per owners quality requirements etc. as per codes/specifications, drawing etc., threading, laying, erection and alignment of pipes upto a height of 5 meters on sleepers, pipe racks etc. or upto 5 meters depth in trenches, anchoring wherever required, connecting with equipment, nozzles, steam traps, strainers, orifice assemblies (including tapping upto first block valve), spray nozzles, rotameters; tapping for instrument connections like pressure gauges, thermowells, sample connections, vents, drains etc. including fixing of all types of sw valves, gaskets, nuts and bolts, all inline instruments, elbows, tees, flanges, reducers, full coupling or half coupling, reinforcement pads, earthing strip wherever required; welding prefabricated shoes and supports (including alignment) as per the drawings including preparation of small bore isometrics upto 1.5 inch nb, specifications, codes etc. and as per the instructions of the engineer-in-charge to his entire satisfaction. the scope also includes supplying of all types of tools and tackles, lifting arrangements, equipment, machineries, all consumables and labour etc. to complete the work in all respects including area preparation for hot jobs, area cleaning after completion of work, flushing wherever required, cleaning of pipes externally off all foreign materials like weld beads, clamps fixtures etc. used in fabrication as directed by the engineer-in-charge., 2) provision of reinforcement pad (with welding electrode e-6010 / e-7018) transportation from owner's storage points to work site and/ or pre-fabrication yard and to site after pre-fabrication; cutting, gri nding, edge preparation as per the instructions of the engineer-in-charge to his entire satisfaction. the scope also includes supplying of all types of tools and tackles, lifting arrangements, equipment, machineries, all consumables and labour etc. to complete the work in all respects including area preparation for hot jobs, area cleaning after completion of work, pneumatic testing, cleaning of pipes externally off all foreign materials like weld beads, clamps fixtures etc. used in fabrication as directed by the engineer-in-charge. 3) extra for ibr grade carbon steel piping joints. for ibr piping jobs, the scope of contractor shall be liasoning with ibr authorities including approval of drawings / documents from ibr authorities and also getting the final approval of the job from ibr authorities including payment of any fee or charges to ibr authorities for this purpose (20% of joints). 4) alloy steel piping (astm a335 gr. p22) units- transportation of all piping items from owner's storage points to work site and/ or pre-fabrication yard and to site after pre-fabrication; cutting, grinding, edge preparation of pipes and fittings, like flanges, elbows, tees, reducers etc. to match the mating edges of different thickness; fit-up, bending, welding using approved welding electrodes as per owners quality requirements etc. as per codes/specifications, drawings etc. (alloy steel joints shall be welded by doing root run using tig welding followed by filler passes by manual / semi-automatic arc welding. the job is to be pre-heated prior to welding and all joints to be stress relieved and fully radiographed

(p) stationary filling scales for industrial cylinder filling. (q) online degassing machine, 6. up keeping of maintenance store: this involves upkeeping of maintenance store, maintaining all records, proper stacking of material in the maintenance store. inventory log book to be maintained for the movement of items in the maintenance store. all the movements of item should be noted in inventory log book. inventory of items in the maintenance store should be match with quantity of inventory log book. party will be responsible for any variation in the inventory of items. this amount is debited to the party. welding related will also be required from fitter as on when required. 1. fabrication of ms structures like angles, bends, tees, plates, beams, channels of various sizes including scrapping & applying two coats of red oxide primer and paint to the structure. 2. removal / fixing of cast iron gate / plug/ ball valves on the pipeline. the size of the gate valves varies from 1" to 16" dia . the valves & nut bolts required for the job will be supplied by hpcl. the shifting of valve from one site to another site within installation premises shall be in contractor's scope. 3. dismantling / removal and laying of ms (erw as well as seamless) pipeline. the maximum height of the pipe line position may be 20 meters. the size of the pipeline varies from 1/2" dia to 16" dia. the shifting of pipelines from one site to another site within installation premises shall be in contractor's scope. 4. welding in ms pipeline having diameter up to 16". 5. fabrication / casting of ms reducer / enlarger of various sizes up to 10" dia and vice versa. all the material required for the job except welding rod, welding machine shall be supplied by hpcl. 6. fabrication & welding of chain conveyor system. 7. allied welding & fabrication jobs in dg shed, mcc panel, air & lpg compressor shed, pump house, cylinder filling/storage shed, fire pump house & cylinder retesting shed.
